STEP 1:

LET’S DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

This is the discovery phase where we strategize together to get an understanding of your online business goals and take a look at what your competitors are doing.

We will schedule a 30 minute initial phone call to see if we are the right fit for you in terms of accomplishing your required goals. This is an important step because it give us a chance to come up with a plan to map out your marketing strategy, the design of your website or logo, corporate branding and search engine optimization. We’ll be able to discuss everything necessary to ensure that we are on the same page before beginning your project.

Once we have agreed and established that we are going to work together, we will then scheduled a secondary Zoom video meeting. In this meeting will will be able to meet each other face to face, as well as be able to present screenshots via Zoom to be able to visually see the necessary work, examples, online material, etc.

STEP 2:

WEBSITE CREATION

This is the process of designing your website and building your Content Management System or CMS with WordPress. This step is crucial in making sure the content & functionality displays reflects the information we gathered in the research and discovery process. The content you provide with be added to the website design.

LOGO & GRAPHIC DESIGN

This is the process of designing your logo based on the details we have discussed in our initial discussion. This step is essential in making sure the logo design displays and reflects the information we gathered in the discovery process. We will help you understand what makes a perfect logo, take your ideas and vision and turn it into really with a memorable and visually stunning design that you will be proud of.

STEP 3:

WEBSITE LAUNCH

In this step, we verify that your website functions properly, has all the content required and you are completely satisfied. We will do quality assurance to ensure there are no problems before releasing your new website design to the world. Your website will be uploaded live on the web. During the launch process, we run through a website checklist to ensure everything is configured correctly and running smoothly.

DELIVERING THE FINAL LOGO DESIGN

In the final step of your logo design, we present you will the final product. We will take your newly created logo and ensure that it conforms to print standards so that you can use your logo and various print materials. Your final artwork will be sent to you in all the file formats needs to send it to the printer.
